I love putting together easy casseroles for my family to enjoy at during dinnertime. There’s nothing better than seeing the happy smiles of your children and spouse chowing down on a home-cooked meal that you put together with your own two hands. Meatball sub casserole is a quick dinner to prep and make on a busy day and the results are nothing less than stellar.
Oh, let me tell ya, my gang was hopping, skipping, and jumping to the table when they saw that I was making this meatball sub casserole!
