Well, the BBQ dressing in this gives it a perfect amount of sweetness and then balanced with the Ranch, the color is a perfect shade of yellowy orange. It is pretty and appealing. The Ranch dressing in it also gives it a little kick of tanginess which is absolutely delicious. I mean, I so love when I get to enjoy a big bowl of salad now drizzled with this.

Ingredients
1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked*
1/2 cup McArthur milk, if needed, add more to thin the dressing
1-2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons Sweet Uncle Ray’s BBQ sauce
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon McCormick onion powder
1/4 teaspoon McCormick garlic powder
Fresh ground pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1 Tablespoons fresh chives
Instructions
Place all the ingredients (except parsley and chives) into your blender. Blend until creamy.
Pour the dressing into a bowl and stir-in the parsley and chives.
Place the dressing in the fridge to cool for at least 30 min to an hour. If needed, add more non-dairy milk to achieve desired consistency.
Enjoy this creamy BBQ ranch drizzled over your favorite salad, tacos or burritos.
