Have you ever had a dessert bread so good that it brought you to your knees?
Neither have I…until I tried this recipe. Talk about putting a little pep in my step! I’ve made many zucchini breads in my day but none of them have ever tasted as glorious as this one. I think a lot of it has to do with the caramel frosting. Dessert breads are good as they are but when you add frosting to the mix they become great! I actually made two of these breads and froze one in the freezer for later.
My husband’s grandmother really enjoyed this zucchini bread and told me that it turned out better than hers. I guess I’ll take that as a compliment haha!
