These are an awesome appetizer to take to dinner parties and potlucks. They are so quick and easy to put together, and you make them in a ton of different ways. Whatever you think will go well with cream cheese, will fit into these wraps. If you are going to be serving a lot of people, make a couple of different options. Whenever I have taken them, they always get eaten right up and there is nothing leftover to take home. I just cut them up and put them on a disposable tray. When it’s time to go, I’m home free. Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Mom & Wife:
“These little things are so versatile and you really can’t go wrong when cream cheese is involved.”
Cream cheese is indeed a universal ingredient. It’s so tasty, there isn’t much you can do wrong with it. Try all your favorite veggies, meats, and more.
Ingredients
2 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese (8 oz)
1 can chopped black olives – however small or large you like. I used the smaller can.
2 cans diced green chilies – small can
Azteca tortilla wraps
Instructions
Let your cream cheese get to room temperature then mix all of your ingredients together (minus the tortillas). Lay your tortillas out and spread a decent amount of cream cheese mixture in them. The more you do the more you’ll get a hang of how much is going to fit in whatever size tortilla you’re using.
Roll them up as tightly as you can, some filling will most likely come out. Repeat;
Once you have all of your tortillas filled and rolled wrap them in parchment paper and put them in the fridge for several hours or overnight.
Once they’ve chilled you’ll start slicing them into bite size…well, bites . I usually just cut the ends off since the filling doesn’t reach the ends perfectly.

Quick Tip: Make a dessert version!
Thanks again to Mom & Wife for this so simple and versatile recipe.
These lookl good and easy to make. But what is the red in them? Is it pimento?
I mix one package of ranch dip mix with two bricks of cream cheese, add some diced green onions, cilantro and 1 jalapeno pepper. Spread on tortillas, roll and cut just like this recipe and you have Mexican sushi!
WHY DO i HAVE TO DOWNLOAD SOMETHING TO MY COMPUTER TO JUST PRINT THE RECIPE. SORRY I WILL NOT ADD ANYTHING TO MY COMPUTER THAT MY SAFETY FEATURES SAYS IT IS DANGEROUS OR IT COULD BE SPAM

BJ, there is no “red tape” when it comes to printing our recipes. We do not require you to download anything. You probably ran into a popup of some sort. If you have a printer connected to your computer you should be able to print our recipes. Simply, copy and paste the recipe to a Word document and hit print. 🙂

I can’t get to the recipe to write it down manually or copy and paste it without having to download something…and that I won’t do. I can usually figure out the recipie concept by reading the comments…
Hi, Debbie! Our sites do not require you to download anything in order to view the recipes. Perhaps you are experiencing some form of popup or ad on your computer. Or, it could be that your flash player is out of date.
I totally agree with the “why do I have to dowloan something” ….especially with all the RANSOM ware running around the internet.
You do not have to download anything to access our sites. Chances are, you are clicking on an ad or you are experiencing pop-ups. Hope this helps.
I’ve made these for years but with no olives and my recipe calls for 1 pack of Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix (dry), and a small jar of pimentos. Drain the chilies and pimentos. Very good!
Will be trying this with spinach tortillas, and adding roasted red pepper. Love seeing good recipes, and am altering only because that is what I have on hand to work with. Thanks!
