I am a HUGE fan of dips and spreads.
They make the perfect appetizer for any party. This antipasto cracker dip is totally the bee’s knees. It’s like a salsa but better. One of the ingredients in the dip is tuna. Now, before you turn your nose up, you need to give it a try. I didn’t even really taste the tuna when I made this dip. It truly gives the dip a nice kick of protein and texture. So very yummy!
Now, even though this is a cracker dip you can use it on anything that you want. I think tortilla chips would make a wonderful crunchy snack when paired with this antipasto dip. You can also use it on tacos, salads, and even on top of baked chicken breasts. The possibilities are endless!
I found this delicious recipe for antipasto cracker dip on Facebook. I cut the recipe down quite a bit as I didn’t need such a gigantic batch. However, the full recipe is meant for canning so if you’re into that sort of thing you’ll have more than enough to fill your pantry with.
