My husband loves to host poker night at our house. So, you know what that means… a house full of hungry men that I have to cook for. By the time they come over they have already eaten dinner so I like to offer snack food items to keep them satisfied. Chips and pretzels get boring and they usually don’t fill them up too well. I have tried a ton of different appetizer dishes. I really enjoy cooking, so I don’t mind getting these guys to be my guinea pigs…and they don’t complain as long as there is something to eat.
One of these nights, I came across this recipe on Recipe Lion. I know how much men love their potatoes. There was bacon in the ingredients list too so I figured I would give it a try. It was awesome!
They all loved them and there was a ton of them when I followed the recipe. Now that I know that, I’ll cut the recipe in half if I’m making them for a smaller group. Either way, this is the most requested snack at our house these days!
