Ahh pizza night. My favorite night of the week. So easy, so yummy, and little to no effort on my part…especially when my husband picks it up from town. Well, the night came when he called and said he would be working late. Now what was I going to do? I had a house full of hungry kids that were all expecting pizza for dinner. A quick search of the internet brought up this tempting looking pizza casserole dish.
But how long would it take? I didn’t have much time and these kids were going to start raiding the fridge. I read the time and it said just 30 minutes! Sold.
I did a quick inventory and luckily I had everything I needed in the kitchen. I threw this all together in one pot and we were eating in no time.
The kids loved it and requested we have it more often instead of the fast food pies that they were so used to. I think I will fulfill that request, with pleasure!
