Don’t talk to me about tasty, until you’ve tried this!
In the cold winter months, and even sometimes in the summer, there is nothing that compares to a nice and moist meatloaf. My family doesn’t always like the sound of it, but after it’s on their plate, they gulp down every last bite. I have worked for some time trying to perfect my recipe. It either seems to be too dry, too most, or it gets crunchy in the oven. That was, until I stumbled across this crock pot meatloaf recipe.
Not only is it super simple to throw together, it’s so scrumptious! Even my kids find themselves fighting over the last few pieces. I usually pair it off with mashed potatoes and green beans to make a well-rounded meal.
We have also cut it into thin strips and used it to make meatloaf sandwiches when I don’t want to be in the kitchen at all. Either way it’s sure to please your family’s taste buds!

Quick Tip: Omit ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and brown sugar and glaze with your favorite BBQ sauce instead.
Should be prepared mustard not ground mustard?
