Ingredients
6 jumbo eggs
6 tablespoons of Land O’ Lakes buttermilk
1 tablespoon of Land O’ Lakes real butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, crack eggs and add buttermilk. Whisk very well for at east 1 minute. Make sure eggs and buttermilk create a nice frothy mixture with lots of air bubbles.
Melt butter in a pan or griddle over medium heat and add egg mixture.
After eggs begin to set, stir with a spatula until eggs are cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
Add salt and pepper as desired and serve.
