These scrambled eggs will turn your frown upside down!
I love a great big, hearty and filling all-American breakfast. You know, when you go to Cracker Barrel and order the works: scrambled eggs, bacon, grits, toast, or biscuits. There are just so many wonderful things to eat on any given day for breakfast and they are all started with the same basic few ingredients. That is exactly why I like to learn to perfect specific recipes until they turn out perfectly every time. That could mean learning to toast the perfect bread, or crisp up bacon beautifully, or even make a mad bowl of scrambled eggs.
Yep, even scrambled eggs require a bit of learning every once in a while. Not all scrambled eggs are created equally so just popping a few whisked eggs into a pan and stirring until they are cooked will not always reveal that perfect bowl of goodness. Well, this recipe here has given me the best combination of ingredients plus tips and tricks to learn how to make a mean bowl of scrambled eggs. They are fluffy, not over cooked and perfectly light. I absolutely love making myself these on a daily basis when I am at home, and even as a special meal for my husband when he is home.
