One does not simply just eat a single serving of King Ranch Casserole.
When it comes to yummy weeknight casseroles that are easy to fix, I’m all in. The other day I was searching through my recipe box as to put together my monthly meal plan and I came across this old and tattered recipe card that said “King Ranch Casserole” on it. There appeared to be some sort of oil stain on the top of the instructions so I couldn’t really make out what they said but what I could see showed something like chicken and cheese.
Yum. So, I set out on an internet search to find a suitable King Ranch casserole recipe. I was in a bit of a hurry so I chose the first recipe that I came across for King Ranch casserole and this is the one that I found.
One more thing, my dad ate this King Ranch casserole for the first time the other day and he literally started whistling “Skip to My Loo”. he was that excited!

How many servings and the total carbs per serving?
Not the “original” King Ranch Casserole I got when I took Homemaking 111, in High School 50 years ago. This one sounds great, too, just more complicated than mine.
