We have to admit this. We, the women, always find ourselves obsessed with the latest diet fads. We always find ourselves doing a lot of new exercises that are supposed to turn some of our “flabs” into abs and that are supposed to help us lose weight. We also watch the food we eat all the time and even try to eat a lot of greens instead of eating those juicy burgers that we truly want to eat instead.
I admit that I am one of those sometimes, but I have had a lot of bad experience with crash diets that I find myself not really caring about such diets anymore. I do watch what I eat and I do exercise, but I don’t do those fads anymore.
My friend Kim is similar to me. She used to be a diet freak, but she’s now eating healthier. Except for one thing: she hasn’t let go of her “baked potato diet”. After the holidays and she found herself gaining a few pounds, she immediately returns to her diet.
She bakes potatoes and those are what she eats for days until she finds herself losing the pounds she gained. She’s missing a lot, you know. Baked potatoes taste so good with sour cream, cream, cheese, cream cheese, ham, bacon—a lot actually.
Though I caught her one time smearing the potatoes with butter. But don’t tell her I told you that. Anyway, this baked potato recipe will give you the most moist potatoes I have ever eaten. You can dress them up the way you want to once they’re out of the crockpot. Enjoy!

Quick Tip: Cooking time depends on how big your potatoes are. It doesn’t hurt to cook them for the 4 hours.
