My sister always wanted to have a lot of kids. When we were younger she said she wanted ten! As she matured, and started having children, and realized how much work and money it cost, she decided that six was going to be enough for her. Six…six kids! I thought she was nuts, but every time I go to her house I just love being there. It’s such a fun and loving environment, me and my two little ones go visit whenever we can. Now, if you do the math, you can see that we have eight little people to feed whenever we get together.
Most of the time we will get a few pizzas from the place down the road. It’s pretty cheap and everyone walks away from the table happy. Except one time I went, she told me we were going to make this recipe she found on The Seaman Mom.
I thought she was again…nuts…thinking we had time to make a meal for all these hungry people, but we went to it. In just under 30 minutes this was on the table.
All of our kids dove right in and couldn’t get enough. It’s the perfect recipe for any busy family!
