Jazz Up Your Bread Pudding With Chunky Chocolate Chips

When I was a little girl I loved to eat my grandma’s bread pudding.

Grandma’s whole house would smell of the aroma of the comforting confection baking in her oven. I love how she always served it warm. Even if the pudding had been put away and stashed in the fridge, grandma would dig it out and pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to revive it’s hot and bubbly essence.

If there is one thing that could make grandma’s bread pudding taste better it would have been chocolate. So, you can imagine my delight when I stumbled upon this amazing chocolate chip bread pudding recipe over on Facebook.

Believe it or not, this recipe is incredibly easy to make and it almost mimics my grandma’s bread pudding delight. The only difference is the addition of the chocolate chips. You might not think that something so simple could jazz up an already amazing dessert so much but they do!
