I’ve had traditional chili. I’ve done the white chicken chili. Chicken noodle soup…check! What else can you do with chicken and soup? I didn’t imagine there were many options left, until I found this recipe for slow cooker chicken taco soup on All Recipes. Now we are talking! This dish looked so bright and festive, not to mention simple and delicious, I just had to try it out on my family.
It was so easy to put together in the slow cooker, I got it ready before work and the spicy aroma filled the house by the time I returned home. I couldn’t wait to dive in, but figured I better hold off until everyone else was ready.
Needless to say, there wasn’t a bowl in the house that wasn’t wiped right clean. This was a flavorful meal that was so amazing and unique, even my four year old was in love. If you’re worried about the beer taste, you can swap it out for chicken stock and it’s still just as good!
