I’m Sure This Peach Cobbler Recipe Came Straight From Heaven

I love to make this when I know that I am having company over. It is so effortless to throw together, and it makes the house smell amazing. I too offer my guests ice cream or a dollop of cool whip with their bowl. The crock pot can do the cooking while I spend my time getting ready and cleaning up instead of being stuck in the kitchen. Ingredients

3/4 C. Bisquick baking mix

1/3 C. Domino sugar

1/2 C. packed brown sugar

1/2 can evaporated milk

2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted

2 eggs

3 large peaches, mashed

2 tsp. vanilla

3/4 tsp. Mccormick’s cinnamon, ground

 

 

Instructions

Lightly grease crock pot or spray with nonstick coating spray.

In a large bowl, combine sugars and baking mix.

Add eggs and vanilla.

Stir.

Pour in margarine and milk and stir.

Mix in peaches and cinnamon, until well mixed.

Pour into crock pot.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Serve warm.

It says to mash the peaches, but the picture looks like it has sliced peaches in it. Do you use both, mashed and sliced?
