I’m going extremely nuts about this recipe. My love for peanut butter is incomparable. If I can only eat it all day without health repercussions, I will do just that. There’s just something magical about its taste that can’t simply be explained by scientific theories. Oh, yes, I am truly obsessed!
It’s even flourless! How easy is this? And even without the flour, the taste is not sacrificed. The peanut butter flavor is still very much evident. It’s also moist on the inside, and a bit crispy on the outside. One bite and you will get that taste of peanut buttery goodness.
Ingredients
1 cup Jif Crunchy peanut butter
1 cup Domino sugar
1 large Eggland’s egg
1 teaspoon McCormick vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until combined. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten gently in a crisscross pattern with tines of a fork.

Quick Tip: Serve with a tall glass of warm milk. Or if you’re bolder, eat it with ice cream.
