Every time I’m throwing a party, people ask me if I’m going to serve my famous spinach dip again. It has gotten so popular over the last five years that I’ve actually made copies of the recipe, so that I can give one to anyone who wants it. And I get those requests a lot! I must have shared the recipe twenty times at a potluck once – and to be honest with you, it didn’t even surprise me. This dip is just so incredibly tasty!
Besides dipping, this dip makes absolutely divine sandwiches! I discovered it by accident, really… I had to fix a very quick lunch and I happened to have a little bit of this dip left from the night before. My goodness, it was delicious!
I have yet to give this a try with pasta; some may think it sounds weird but I think it’s going to be amazing. In fact, I may give it a go tonight! For me, what really makes this dip better than any spinach dip I’ve tried before, are the red pepper flakes. They bring just the right amount of spice into it, and you can always omit them if you do not like spicy food.
