You won’t be able to stop at just one sip! Seriously, I sipped and sipped and then sipped some more on my hot, steamy mug of caramel apple cider. thank goodness I made a large pot of this holiday brew because it went fast! I can envision myself going Christmas caroling in the cold winter snow and coming home to a mug of this yumminess. Dare I say that hot caramel apple cider beats coffee?

Ingredients
1/3 c firmly packed Domino brown sugar
1/3 c Borden heavy whipping cream
1 tsp McCormick vanilla extract
4 c apple cider, or apple juice
1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
Stir together brown sugar and whipping cream in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat, until it starts to bubble. Stir in vanilla and apple cider, cook 10 min stirring often, garnish if desired.

Quick Tip: I like to add a few sprinkles of nutmeg and cinnamon and a dollop of whipped cream to the top of my cider as a garnishment.
