When it comes to breakfast bakes I am all ears!
We live in Pennsylvania and my family lives in Michigan. They, along with our very special friends, come to visit us quite often. I am always happy to have them here visiting. One way that I show them my gratitude for their willingness to make an 8-hour drive just to see my family and I is by making them loads of yummy food.
Breakfast is everyone’s favorite meal, at least in my family it is. So, I like to make breakfast casseroles when friends and family come to visit. This bundt casserole creation is the perfect way to feel a small crowd.

Quick Tip: This casserole freezes well. Just thaw it out in the microwave. Yum!
Looks delish but was wondering if you could treat it like a strata and leave it in the refrigerator overnight before baking.
