I love when I find a great recipe that I know my husband would love. It really does warm my heart when I find something that I know I can make and will really please him.
I love to make it really nicely and know it is good and then surprise him when he gets home from work. Many times when I have a good idea for something he would like I do not even tell him. I just make it and let the smell of it draw him into the kitchen once he arrives in the house.
More often than not, he comes straight into the kitchen with a face of pure joy. I love being able to do that for him, so I am always on the lookout for new recipes that I know he would love and want to enjoy.
I try to make it for him on special occasions like right before he gets three days off, or something like that. Well, when I found this recipe for pulled pork nachos, I knew I had to try it. My husband is a huge fan of nachos (I think all guys are!) and pulled pork as well.
