This is seriously one heck of a salad. I, personally, love Waldorf salad and adding turkey to the mix just makes it all that much better. Plus, my family always has a ton of leftover turkey after our Thanksgiving dinner. I typically end up making casseroles, soup, sandwiches, and even freezing it for later. Making Waldorf salad with the leftovers is a perfect way to keep enjoying your seasonal bird.
Try it yourself – you won’t be disappointed!
