Hey, everyone! I don’t know about you guys and gals but I LOVE cooking hearty and wholesome meals for my family. Dinnertime is when everyone is home for the day and we all gather around the table to enjoy our supper together. The other day, I was browsing the Jof of Everyday Cooking food blog and came across this recipe for gumbo gravy over polenta. My mouth was watering at the mere sight of the picture.
