Crockpot recipes are my favorite and this one is no exception. It is saucy with a bit of spice, has perfectly tender beef with broccoli cooked to perfection. Laid over a bed of white rice, you cannot go wrong. This is the dish that makes a perfect comfort meal and really leaves you wanting more. You will not be disappointed after making this one!
I so agree! This classic Chinese take-out meal can be made in no time right from the comfort of your own kitchen. Save money making it at home and make it even better than the Chinese do!

2 lbs. sirloin steak or boneless beef chuck roast, sliced thin
1 cup Swanson beef broth
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced
4 Tablespoons cornstarch
4 Tablespoons water
1 (12 oz.) bag frozen broccoli florets
White rice, cooked
Instructions
In the insert of the crockpot, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic.
Place slices of beef in the liquid and toss to coat. Cover with lid and cook on low heat for 5 hours.
