This Meal Is a Weeknight Lifesaver!
I’m super excited to share this Minnesota hot dish casserole with you all because it’s delicious, easy to make, and only requires a handful of ingredients. I always have these ingredients on hand so there are no trips to the grocery store for this gal. I mean, with kids, you gotta have an extra bag of tater tots in the freezer at all times, right? Right! I made this casserole for dinner the other night and we enjoyed the leftovers for lunch, today.
My mom used to make a dish a lot like this one when I was growing up. It was sort of a staple in our house. What are some staple meals that you make your family on a regular basis? If this one is not in your dinner rotation yet, you’re missing out!
This recipe is super easy to tweak to your taste. Don’t want to use ground beef? Try ground turkey or chicken instead! The frozen veggies can be anything, from peas to mixed vegetables. When you make this yummy recipe be sure to leave me a comment in the section below so I know how it turned out. Enjoy!
