Are you crazy for dessert? I know that I sure am and this fudge is absolutely amazing. It totally touches base on the sweet tooth. In fact, you might want to brush your teeth directly after eating this lovely fudge because it is sugary, baby! You don’t want to leave any sugar bugs on your chompers as cavities are no fun! Other than that, have at it and enjoy!
Everyone should sample this double-decker PB fudge at least once in their lives!
Ingredients
12oz Toll House semi-sweet chocolate chips
10oz peanut butter chips
2 tablespoons Jif creamy peanut butter
DIVIDED
14oz Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
In a glass bowl heat chocolate chips and 10 oz condensed milk in the microwave for about 60-90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
In a separate glass bowl, heat the peanut butter chips, peanut butter, and remaining 4 oz condensed milk in the microwave for about 60 seconds, stirring after 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
Pour chocolate fudge into an 8×8″ pan lined with parchment paper and sprayed lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Spread evenly. Pour peanut butter layer on top, spreading carefully in an even layer. Refrigerate at least 2-4 hours or until set. Cut into small squares and store in a sealed container.
