This recipe is perfect for those crazy mornings. They are dollar pancakes, so the perfect size for your kids to eat without much of a hassle. Better yet, they are the best for freezing. I whip up two or three batches of these on a Saturday and we all enjoy them for breakfast. Then, I put them away in freezer bags in the portions I will need on weekday mornings to serve my whole family.
I just take them out of the freezer bag, microwave them – and there you have it! A home cooked breakfast in no time! Check out what our friends over at Frugally Blonde had to say about these:
“We don’t usually buy frozen pancakes, I just freeze my own. Freezing pancakes is so easy to do whether you make up a special batch just to freeze or freeze some leftover from breakfast.”
YES! Why buy frozen when you can freeze your own?!
