This recipe is an easy one to make for a delicious dinner with your family. It’s easy to make! All you have to do is combine all the ingredients and marinate the chicken breasts for a few minutes, then you can grill the chicken! How easy is that? Our friend over at Heather’s Dish has this to say about this recipe:
“Tonight for dinner we had mustard-glazed chicken breasts, quinoa, and zucchini latkes! I totally was winging it on the recipes tonight, but I think it all turned out really great!”
That was one combination of a meal. I just tried the mustard-glazed chicken though and they tasted terrific! The chicken pieces were tender and so flavorful. They absorbed the flavor really nicely! I love pairing them with rice and grilled or steamed vegetables.
Ingredients
1/4 cup Heinz dijon mustard
¼ Domino brown sugar
Morton salt + McCormick pepper + McCormick garlic powder to taste
1-2 Tbsp water to thin it out
Instructions:
Mix the ingredients together and pour it over the chicken.
Let it sit for about 10 minutes before firing up the grill.
Grill about 5 minutes on each side, then put it on a plate and cover with foil for another 10 minutes.

Quick Tip: The foil traps in the heat from the chicken and increases the amount of carryover cooking. It also keeps the juices in the chicken, so you come out with a really juicy, tender chicken breast.
