During last time’s gathering with friends, I simply brought chocolate truffles. They’re actually made in less that an hour; one of those 20-minute recipes that took a few minutes to prepare and another two hours to freeze or bake. They’re quite delicious and everyone loved them. My tray was empty after the get-together and it’s something that I’m quite happy about. I was mostly glad that my friends appreciated the effort I put in the dessert even though it’s actually easy to make.
When people appreciate your cooking, it always feels nice. The highlight of the night though was Eden. She brought these cookies that were absolutely divine. One bite and I knew I was going to fall in love with them.
I wasn’t the only one. I could see my other friends closing their eyes as they took a bite of those sinful cookies. They were moist and oh so chewy!
