I love creating sweet treats that are original and unheard of. A few years back, my mom would annually throw us a huge birthday party. It was something so fun that we all looked forward to year after year. I will be honest with you and say my favorite part about these parties was not my friends, not the water slides or bounce houses, not the cotton candy machine or anything like that… it was the food! There was always so many options for amazing food that we would not ever get throughout the year.
We looked forward to this every single year. Well, I remember vividly stepping outside of the house into my backyard for my 13th birthday party. My mom had put together a luau themed party that was going to be so much fun! There were so many cool games to be played, we could get in the pool if we wanted to, and we were even having Hawaiian dancers coming to dance with us later.
Well, out of all the amazingness that the party held, the one thing I remember most vividly is the brownie batter dip. It was absolutely amazing and unlike anything I had ever tried before.
