The Easiest Broccoli And Cheese Casserole On The Planet!

 

This is my go-to casserole when we are having guests over. Sometimes I will even toss in some chicken to make it a heartier dish. Broccoli and cheese casserole also cooks up nicely in the slow cooker. I can make it ahead of time and it’s ready when we are. Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Group Recipes:

I would have never thought about using cream cheese instead of just tossing it with shredded cheddar. This is a nice and creamy casserole that always gets eaten right up!

 

Ingredients

4 packages frozen Bird’s Eye broccoli

8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese softened

1 stick margarine softened

6 slices Kraft American cheese

1 can cream of celery soup

bread crumbs for topping

 

Instructions

Cook broccoli according to package directions then drain.

Combine cream cheese, margarine, cheese and soup then melt together and mix with broccoli.

Pour into greased casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
