It was a busy week for my family. Soccer practice, basketball, meetings, and a birthday party for my nephew. I didn’t have time to shop and I was exhausted. Unfortunately, I still had to feed my family. There wasn’t much in the fridge so I started searching for recipes that didn’t require a whole lot to toss together. This broccoli and cheese casserole came up on Group Recipes and I was intrigued to say the least.
It was perhaps one of the shortest recipes I had ever seen. You know what that means…easy! I checked the kitchen quick and we had everything that was on the ingredients list.
Score! I tossed this together quickly and it was done in no time. My starving family inhaled the whole pan. I’ve made this on busy nights since then and it always goes over really well. You just have to try it!
