My son’s basketball season was coming to an end, so I knew there was going to be a potluck dinner on the horizon. I wanted to make something different, but something that the boys would like to eat.
I know one thing is for sure, my boy loves Doritos. With his love for the chip, I figured they all felt the same. I took to the internet in search for a fun dish to take.
When I stumbled upon this recipe on Spend with Pennies, I knew I had found my answer. It was something that looked fairly simple to throw together, and what kid doesn’t want to eat Doritos for dinner?
When I put this casserole out on the food table, it didn’t take long for it to disappear. I made it plain with the toppings on the side so everyone could enjoy theirs in their own way.
It was a huge success and one that I will be taking to potlucks time and time again.

Quick Tip: Try with chicken instead of beef.
please give me healthy foods to make all your foods are loaded with fat
Fat is good for you, sugar is what is bad. If you’re looking for healthy foods just try substituting the ingredients you don’t like, with something else. For example, nix the Doritos and use zucchini slices instead.
