When it’s just Mom, Dad, me, the hubby, and our kids, there are usually leftovers of this yummy dish. My mom just packs it up in a container and sets it by my stuff to go home with me. I will reheat it for lunch the next day…if it makes it that long. Sometimes it’s just a late night snack. No matter when I eat it, it’s always super tasty and filling though!
