When it comes to pasta salad type dishes and casseroles, my husband would rather go hungry. I haven’t found much that he enjoys which makes it hard because I love these types of meals. Not only do I enjoy the taste of the recipes I have, they are all so easy, affordable, and fast to throw together. I was looking on All Recipes for something I thought that my hubby might be willing to try.
I found this recipe that said “bacon” in it and I just knew it was the one. He loves everything with bacon in it, even if it is a pasta salad dish. The fact that there was cream cheese in it was an added bonus, because let’s be honest, who doesn’t enjoy cream cheese…in anything.
I was right, of course, and he gobbled this right down without ever saying a bad word about it or even making any of those faces he’s famous for.
Now, I make this pretty regularly as a side to our main entree or even as a lunch dish. It disappears quickly so you have to move fast at my house.
