This is a great start to an amazing meal. Whenever I make it, I like to pair it up with some mashed potatoes and gravy and a nice steamed vegetable like broccoli. The chicken always disappears first of course, but if there is any left, I usually catch my teenager sneaking it straight out of the fridge for a snack later on in the night. It’s just as good cold as it is warm! These are also awesome to put on a nice homemade hoagie roll and turn into a sandwich! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Recipe Lion:

2 tablespoons water
1 pound chicken tenderloins
3 cups Kellogg’s corn flake cereal
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon McCormick’s pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a bowl, mix honey mustard with 2 tablespoons water. Set aside.
In a large zip-top bag, mix cereal with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Crush cereal (don’t over crush!) and shake the bag to combine everything.
Dip chicken tenderloins in the mustard mixture and then place in the cereal bag.
Shake to coat everything well. Lay pieces out on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Allow to cool slightly, and serve with additional honey mustard dressing for dipping.
