Boy oh boy, are you ever in for a treat with this delicious casserole from under the sea! Every time I eat this stuff I just want to turn on the Little Mermaid and start dancing with Ariel, Sebastian, and Flounder haha! Wouldn’t that be a sight to see? I’m sure someone would call the cops on me haha!
My husband really likes this casserole and so do my kids. I make sure to add ALL of the shrimp and even though the recipe doesn’t call for any, I toss in some canned lobster meat, too.
Ingredients
1 1⁄2cups heavy cream
1⁄4cup Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
1⁄2cup shredded swiss cheese
3teaspoons Heinz Worcestershire sauce

Heat cream in a saucepan, but do not boil.
Add all other ingredients, except for fish and shrimp.
Melt thoroughly.
Put fish in a 9×13-inch baking dish and then shrimp.
Pour sauce over top and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until done.

Quick Tip: I love loading this casserole up with imitation crab meat. Yummo!
Serving sizes on your all your recipes would be nice.
Used for shrimp and tortellini w/chicken and roasted garlic. Dusted with Asiago. Smells delicious
