Who says that diet food has to taste like crap? It doesn’t and this recipe proves that theory. My husband and kids gobbled up this ground beef stroganoff like it was their last meal. And get this, they didn’t even suspect that the meal was made with low-fat ingredients. Apparently, the taste was not altered in the least. I could tell that I used low-fat sour cream but that is because I’m the one who made the meal. Everything tasted delightful.
You will never ever know that this comfort food is actually healthy!
