I am all for making quick, easy, and inexpensive foods and this crispy pork stir-fry is just that. If you have a leftover pork roast I would suggest that you give this phenomenal recipe a try. it’s absolutely delicious. I am a huge fan of Chinese and Japanese cuisine but it isn’t always in the budget to take the family out for dinner. There are five of us so that can get expensive. Instead, I make meals like this 🙂
Check out what my pals over at Praying For Grace had to say about this recipe:
I tried a new recipe for stir-fry and it was so delicious, my husband said he could eat it every week — something he never says. It was really good — restaurant-quality good, so I thought I’d share. I changed the original recipe because it called for some pricier veggies, but mine tasted just great, and they were cheap! Use what you have, or what’s available, inexpensively.
I agree about using what you have on hand. I try to never waste food.
