Me, a self-professed loved or all things chocolate, sometimes needs a break from, well, all things chocolate. There, I said it. It’s not that I really tire of chocolate I just want to have a bit of variety from time-to-time. So, I went on a hunt to find the perfect non-chocolate cake and I found a cake containing carrots, pineapples, and…wait for it…prunes! I know what you are thinking and it’s probably “yuck”! I assure you that this cake is great.
To be honest, I didn’t really taste the prunes in this cake. I would say that the pineapple has the more prevalent taste. So, if you liek pineapple you will love this yumym cake recipe.
