Holy moly! These cookies are uh-mazing and everything I’ve ever wanted in a sweet treat. I am a mega banana lover but I get so sick of banana bread and banana cake.
I mean, don’t get me wrong, those are both fabulous desserts but one can only eat so many of them haha! These chunky monkey cookies are a welcome treat and they are so unique! I love the bits of banana chips in the cookies. They taste great with the chocolate chunks.
This is a lovely dessert for the whole family to enjoy and trust me, they will!
