When my boyfriend and I are both working long shifts at our jobs, we find it difficult to spend time together. One thing that I miss during those times is the moments we spend together cooking in the kitchen at the end of our long days. We get to talk about any major events in our life and really bond further moving ourselves along nicely in our relationship.
The last time I was working really long hours, he was actually home a lot earlier than I was. One night, much to my surprise, I came home and he had made us a nice homemade dinner… all by himself!
Usually, I am the guiding force to our recipes, but he had taken upon his own will and looked up a recipe on All Recipes for angel chicken pasta.
We sat down to a nice meal and got to enjoy that time together that we would have otherwise missed. I was so grateful for the work that he had put in to show that he cared. He told me, “Angel pasta, for my angel.” No wonder why I love this guy!
