Two of my very best friends got married last year. They had a fine ceremony on the beach, followed by a reception under the stars. It really was a beautiful day from start to finish. You could just feel the love in the air. They had an amazing location, a group of wonderful people to mingle with, and delicious food catered in. Something unique that I haven’t had at many weddings, was the option to choose your entree. When I saw that chicken lasagna was a choice, I couldn’t contain my excitement.
I love everything lasagna flavored, so I hoped it would hold up to my expectations. When they brought me my piping hot plate, I couldn’t wait to dig in. I actually burnt my tongue a little bit on it. It was soooo good though, it was worth it! I found a similar recipe at My Recipes after I got home. I just had to have it again.
Surprisingly, it was very easy to make and it came out just as good as what it was while we were dining at that lovely wedding.
