When it comes to dinner, I am all about making things as simple as possible without forgoing flavor and nutrition.
This cheesy, creamy chicken bake has a little bit of everything in it and it tastes great! You have a layer of Swiss cheese, stuffing, and juicy chicken breasts all in one dish. Talk about a triple whammy of good food! My family really enjoys eating this meal, and I can totally understand why. I think you will be shocked by how simple it is to toss together.
I am not a huge fan of using boxed foods, but I have to say, the crackers in this casserole are really tasty. Plus, it makes making this meal even more simple. There is no bread to dice up and turn into stuffing because it’s already done. I would definitely call this casserole a busy mom’s best friend.
