I always make leftovers when I make meatballs. Why you ask? Well, my husband is a huge meatball lover. That guy can eat a plate of meatballs in the time it takes me to serve up my salad. He pops them in his mouth without even cutting them in half like it is something funny and then leaves me a dish full of pasta and begs for more meat. I have told him so many times that he needs to eat them both together, but he does not.
Meatball after meatball, he pops them in as quickly as he can swallow. Well, friends, I have found a solution to my personal boredom towards meatballs (yep, I get bored since we eat them THAT often). Well, I have switched them up and now made pork balls.
But, to make it even better, I added something super special that makes them fancy yet totally delicious…CHEESE! Load these babies up with delicious juicy pork that will toast up perfectly and then cradled inside, add some cheese to let it melt away perfectly.
Such an amazing recipe that is simple, yet impressive and oh so delicious. My family loves this one and so will yours!
