I love when I find a recipe that makes me stand out and I can call my own. You know, I am sure you all have that one recipe that is easy for you to make, your go to when someone asks you to bring something to a party or get together, and just makes you shine. It could be a dessert, or even an appetizer, but you feel comfortable making that dish for any occasion, no matter what. That is such an awesome little gift to have because it really helps make any event easier.
Whether you have to show off or not, you know you will. Well, my go to dessert for any occasion has always been cheesecake. I will admit, I can make one mad cheesecake and it turns out amazingly every. Darn. Time. It is just that good.
My recipe is basic, but I add extra care to the whipping of egg whites and topping it with sometimes delicious. Those little things make it big! Now, every so often I like to switch it up and guess what recipe I turn to? THIS chocolate amazingness. It is showy, delicious, rich and full of flavor. You will love it!
