Who Would Have Thought It Would Make Such A Difference!
Spaghetti at my house is like a once a week meal. Sometimes twice a week if I make a big pot, because who doesn’t like leftover spaghetti. It’s one thing that my kids will eat and my husband enjoys so I make it pretty frequently. I get tired of cooking it the same way all the time though, so I am always looking for new ways to tweak my recipe.
I found this recipe on Julie’s Eats & Treats and figured it was worth a try. What an amazing new flavor! It was more of a grownup taste, but my children like it too. We ate almost the whole pot, so there weren’t many leftovers to speak of. The one time I was looking forward to spaghetti two days in a row!
Next time, I’ll have to whip up a double batch maybe. This pairs up nicely with a summer garden salad and dinner roll, but you can serve just this and not get any complaints out of your family. At least I didn’t hear any that way.
