It does sound a little funny, doesn’t it? When you hear the word “spaghetti”, pie isn’t the first thing that comes to mind! To be honest with you, I hadn’t even heard of spaghetti pie until I came across this recipe. Apparently spaghetti pies have been a hit for quite a while already. I have no idea how I’ve missed it! Obviously, I had to give one a try right away. And what a simple recipe this was!
I actually ran into this while I was searching for something I could make, using the leftover sauce I had from dinner the night before. This pie turned out so delicious, I’ll probably make sauce just for this one from now on!
Of course, the kids were so excited when I told them I would make pie out of spaghetti. They didn’t think it was even possible! The expressions on their faces were priceless when I pulled this beauty out of the oven!
