We all hoard ice cream tubs. It’s irresistible not to when you go into the grocery and see all those delicious tubs of flavored ice cream. Even the thought of plain old vanilla will be enough temptation for you to snatch one. Imagine what you can do with vanilla just with nuts and homemade hot fudge sauce. I have the tendency to do this, which is why when the boyfriend is grocery shopping with me, he makes sure I avoid the ice cream aisle.
Usually, he requests for me to get a few items all the way from the other side. When I get back, he already has what we need from that aisle leading to those sinful and flavorful tubs of sugar wonders. It’s not because he worries about me getting fat, but it’s more of what would happen to those tubs that I hoarded.
Both of us are busy people. While I am at home more than him, I am still too busy to even get a glass of water. Most of the time, we just forget about them and they just get wasted.
This recipe will help remedy that situation. It’s a dessert that’s made from ice cream that needs to be consumed immediately. It’s not something that we will just forget and let spoil inside the fridge.
We’ll just invite a few sweet-tooth friends over and it will really be over in a few minutes.
