Calling All Hungry People – Creamy Pea Salad Is On The Menu

I can remember the first time I had pea salad. It was from a gas station in Indiana. My husband and I were on our way to pick our two oldest kids up from camp and we stopped at the convenience store for a snack. The label said that it had been made by some local Amish folks. It was absolutely uh-mazing. Who knew a salad made with peas could ever be so magically delicious?

Check out what my pals over at The BZ House That Love Built had to say about this recipe:

To be honest, I had tried the pea salad one on Father’s Day, and my husband raved over it, so I made that one again and another new one I thought he would like. He did!  In-fact, I got lots of thumbs up on both recipes and promised to post them.

I am so glad that you ended up trying the pea salad and discovered how delicious it was. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe with us.
